Obituary of Leona P. Lariviere

Leona P. Lariviere, 82 of Thayer Street, Putnam, died Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam. She was the wife of the late Eugene Lariviere. He died July 8, 1999. Born August 10, 1927 in Webster, MA, daughter of the late Bruno and Stasia (Gajewski) Rothenburg. She was a communicant of ST Mary of the Visitation Church in Putnam. She enjoyed puzzles, collecting snowmen and visiting with her neighbors. She leaves her two daughters: Brenda and (Joesph) Burdick of Woodstock, Jean and (Michael) Viveiros of Putnam, grandchildren, Christopher Burdick of FL, Scott (Melissa) Adamuska of Thompson, granddaughter Brandy (Greg) Hapgood of Plainfield. The Funeral will be Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 9:30 am from the Smith & Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at ST Mary Church of The Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam.
