Obituary of Jeannette I. Doyle

Jeannette I. (Savoie) Doyle Jeannette I. (Savoie) Doyle, 89, of Danielson, CT, died Thursday, August 16, 2012 at the W. M. Backus Hospital in Norwich. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Doyle he died April 7, 2012; they were married July 4, 1946. She was born August 17, 1922 in Pawtucket, RI, daughter of the late Luis and Eleanor (Perreault) Savoie. Today would have been her 90th Birthday. She was co-owner and operator of C & D Clean Up Service in Danielson with her husband Don. Jeannette also worked for Allied Control, and she was an avid New England Sports Fan She will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She leaves her children Gary Doyle and his wife Charlotte of Danielson; Kathleen Mulford and her husband David of Brooklyn; grandsons Patrick Magalis and Sean Doyle. She was predeceased by a grandson Ryan Doyle, brothers Gene Savoie, Armand Savoie, Donad Savoie, sisters Cora Grenan, Dora Duval, Claire Poirer, Olive Piesecki, Rosa Bissonette and Alice Bissonette. Funeral Services will be Monday, August 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson. Calling hours from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Ryan Doyle Scholarship Fund, c/o Sean B.
