Mom,
We miss you more with each day that goes by. We speak of you daily and remember all the wonderful times we had with you. It is not fair that you were taken from us so soon but we will always keep you in our hearts.
Deeply missed and loved,

Edye was the light in a crazy day when I worked Catering at UConn. A laught that carried, she was always willing to do whatever was needed to make our events work. We shared some good laughs on the kdis that chewed on the cactus, she mastered plant watering eventhough she was custodial support and she even folded her share of napkins for big events. I will miss her and hope that memories are kind for those left behind.

To the family of Edith,
May you find the strength and love of your lost loved one in your lives. May the joy of having had a spirited and wonderful Lady in your lives give you the peace that you need. Met her once in Rome Hall and at the Union Christmas Party. The Joy that she radiated mad our days worth the moment around her.

I worked with Edye for many years at UCONN. I will miss her dearly. Although I didn't see her as often after she went to drl. I would see her around campus. She was the life of the party, the mischief maker, and a just a wonderful personality. We went to CDL classes together in Middletown. I was the one who couln't drive a standard and wanted to learn how on a box truck. She was so excited because her birthday was coming up and she could finally retire. I am so sorry for your loss and I am sure she has left a big whole in your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
