Obituary of Kathleen Marie Barry

Brooklyn - Kathleen Marie (Ward) Barry, 54, of Cherry Hill Road, Brooklyn, died Friday, October 22, 2010 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester. She was born January 18, 1956 in Hartford, daughter of Marie Ward Cote of Brooklyn and the late William Ward. She lived for several years in Germany while her husband served in the military. She worked several years with disabled children. She attended Batchelder School in Hartford and South Catholic High School in Hartford and was a graduate of Killingly High School in Danielson. She leaves her mother Marie and her stepfather Paul E. Cote, her son Steven M. Barry, brother Timothy P. Ward, three grandchildren, Tyler, Megan and Luke. She was predeceased by her daughter Lisa Barry in 1997, a brother Michael Ward in 2002. Kathleen also leaves a special cousin Gail and her family and a special aunt, Priscilla, she was very close to both. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, at 10:30 AM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson. Burial in All Hallows Cemetery, Moosup.
