Memory of Dave is connected with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial traveling Wall that came to Putnam for a Memorial Day. Dave put much effort in the orchestrating plans for the arrival, presentation of the wall to the departure. All this was not for himself but for the many veterans, families and friends who had not had the opportunity to visit the one in Washington, DC. This wall is a healing wall and he knew it would do just this for the many who would come day and night. Our family got to know him and his family during this time and we will miss him and his smile that he carried even in troubled times he managed to think of others. Leslie we pray for you and your family to find comfort in the sharing of memories. God Bless and comfort you

Mr. Snow,
Some of my best childhood memories were spent alongside you and your family. Weather it be camping, shooting, riding dirt bikes, or just goofing around with your son Josh. You were always there to help us along, pick us up, and provide advise on various subjects. Your ability to turn any situation into wit and to put a positive spin on any negative situation is a gift that will be sorely missed. I am truly honored to have known and been influenced by such a great Man, Father, and Marine. My heart and thoughts go out to your family. Know that your deeds and dedication will be loved and remembered always. Thank you Dave, and Semper Fi.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. He was a great man. If there is anything I can do just a phone call away.

I ha the pleasure of working with Dave and can never remember a time that he didn't have a smile on his face or a joke to tell. I considered him part of my extended family. I loved to hear the stories of when he would go fishing on Lake Champlain and I always teased him about whether or not he had caught Champ yet. Honor, Courage and Committment my friend...

"is this the party to whomst I am speaking?" Every phone call to Dave would dissolve into hysterical laughter no matter what issue was at hand. I miss the humor and the laughter he brought to the job. Thank you Dave for supporting telecom all those years. Peace.
