Obituary of Cecelia M. Navarro
Cecelia M. Navarro, 79, of Hurry Hill Road, Putnam, died Monday, March 14, 2011 at Day Kimball Hospital. She was born July 7, 1931, in Hillsborough, NH, daughter of the late Charles and Gaynor (Wardenski) Kulbacki. Wife of the late David Navarro, he died April 11, 2006 and her first husband Norman LaPrade, he died in 1968.
She made her home in Putnam for the last 36 years. She had a great love for flowers and caring for her garden. A Communicant of St Mary Church of the Visitation and a former member of St Anne's Church. She enjoyed cooking. She was a loving, caring, and helpful mother, grandmother and friend. Cecilia had a great love for her grandchildren and enjoyed the time spent living with her granddaughter Zoe.
She leaves her children Norman LaPrade and his wife Pauline of Thompson, Linda Boulet and her husband Robert of Mystic and Tricia Kaliszewski and her husband Peter of Putnam, grandchildren Heather Hayes and her husband Todd, Dean, Brian and Zoe, a great grandson Mason Hayes; and a sister in New Hampshire.
Calling hours will be Friday, March 18, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Smith and Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam, with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM. To share a memory with her family "Light a Candle" at www.smithandwalkerfh.com
