Obituary of Eleftherios D. Kostaras

Eleftherios D. Kostaras "Laphty", 89, of Wauregan Road, Danielson, died Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, MA. Beloved husband of Mersini (Christopher) Kostaras. Born in Athens, Greece June 30, 1921, son of the late Demetrius and Alexandra Kostaras. He worked as a Machine Operator for Pervel Industries. He leaves his wife Mersini and his son, James Kostaras of Danielson and daughter, Alex Burns of NC. Funeral Service will be at 9:00 AM, Monday, April 11, 2011 at The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 80 Water Street, Danielson, followed by burial in Westfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to Oak Wood Nursing Center, 11 Pontiac Avenue, Webster, MA 01570.
