Obituary of Gladys G. Parmentier

Gladys Parmentier, 70, of Quaddick Town Farm Road, Thompson, peacefully passed away Sunday August 26, 2012 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT. She was the beloved wife of the late William Parmentier. Gladys was born September 20, 1941 in Putnam. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Azalea Bourbeau. Gladys enjoyed camping with her husband and trips to New Hampshire and the ocean. She was a loving mother and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved vacations with family and friends and loved going shopping. Gladys worked at many hair salons and was a great hair dresser. She is survived by her children, Danielle Fafard and her husband Gene of Thompson, Kenny Burwell and his wife Charlotte of Danielson and Todd Burwell of Las Vegas, grandchildren, Keith Parmentier, Jr., Brittany Beard, Halie Danielson, Logan Danielson, great grandchildren, Brendan, Natlia and Addison. Gladys was predeceased by her husband of 46 years William Parmentier and by her son Keith Parmentier, Sr. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, PO BOX 5022, Wallingford, CT 06492.
