Obituary of Rose A. Brissette

Rose A. Brissette, age 94 of Putnam, died unexpectedly on January 7, 2012 at Day Kimball Hospital. She was the predeceased by her husband John "Willie" Brissette in 1994. She was born March 13, 1917 in North Grosvenordale, daughter of the late Philibert and Louise Evangeline (Bouvier) Lavallee. They owned and operated Benoit's Radio in Putnam for many years. She leaves her four daughters whom she was devoted to; Louise Anderson of Putnam; Margaret Rouleau of Colchester; Katherine Nichols of East Putnam; Elaine St. Onge of Woodstock. She also leaves her seven grandchildren: Donald Anderson, Kathy Anderson, Michele Rouleau Andrusio predeceased her on February 16, 2010; Jacqueline Rouleau Langdon, Aaron Nichols, Emily Rose Nichols, Kenny St. Onge, Lauren Rose St Onge, and two great grandchildren: Dominic Andrusio and Connor Nichols. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph Church, 12 Main Street, North Grosvenordale, CT.
