Obituary of Robert J. Malone

Robert J. Malone, 53, of Woodstock, CT, passed away peacefully at home January 30, 2012 from a short, courageous battle with cancer surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Lynn Malone, a loving son Mathew, a loving daughter Kelly and a caring, loving, mother-in-law Jeanne Blair of Winter Garden, FL. He leaves behind his loving father, Thomas Malone of Agawam, a sister Maureen Duquette and her husband Don of Agawam. He is predeceased by his mother Olga Malone and his brother Tom Malone. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and dear friends. He was born in Springfield, MA spending the last 20 years in Woodstock, CT. He was a dedicated loyal worker at Barnes Aerospace in Windsor, CT, for the past 20 years. He will be remembered as a kind and gentle spirit of a man. He was a great fan of the Patriots, loved the beach, but most of all his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. A Memorial Service will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 24 Child Hill Road Woodstock, CT 06281.
