Francis was my Father In Law and a wonderful man. He was a best friend to my Dad, Bill Kuchy, as they were in the Army together and remained friends forever. I will always remember all the great family vacations we shared in Maine every summer. And as Rocky's wife and mother of Penny McMerriman and Scott Allen, we enjoyed many family times. My you rest in peace Francis.. with Rocky and Yvonne.
