John A. McNair Sr.
May 27, 1969 - April 24, 2015
Dayville - John A. McNair, 45, passed away peacefully on Friday after a courageous battle with cancer. Although his life was short he lived life to the fullest, the way he wanted to. His greatest achievements were his wife and children. He loved spending time with them, whether it was rock concerts, four wheeler riding, fishing, camping, fairs, amusement parks, school functions, watching his kids play sports, or just having bon fires. He loved to spend time with them.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Debbie (Bomster) McNair, his son and best friend, John Jr., his beloved daughter Ashleigh and his new son-in-law Shawn Savage, his daughter Heather Sandberg, and his pride and joy his new granddaughter, Elliana. He is also survived and will be missed by his mother Joyce Kay Langley, his brothers Steve, David, George, and Matthew, his sisters Sherry, Tammy, and Dorothy. His in-laws Wallace and Karen Bomster, Chris and Dave, Matt and Kellie, Robin and Seth. Numerous nieces and nephews Devin, Thomas, Kelsey, Kylie, Madison, and Mitchell, his childhood best friend Tim Galvin, and his pets Shadow, Abby, and Jade. John's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Gerald Sullivan for his kindness, compassion, and guidance along this journey, the Hospice and Home Care Team from Day Kimball, most especially, Kathy, Becky, Erica, and Sue. We are also grateful to Dr. Dhami, Denise, Theresa, and staff at Day Kimball's oncology department for the care and support provided to John and his family as well as Kayla, Jan and the rest of the staff on the first floor, Dr. Anderson and staff at Backus Hospital's Radiation Therapy Department.
Thank you also to the staff at Putnam Home Medical for the caring and support and prompt response to whatever was needed. A special thank you to Atty.
