Obituary of Marlene L. Gingras

Brooklyn- Marlene L. Gingras, 83, of Brooklyn died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at UMASS Memorial Hospital in Worcester. Daughter of the late Leon and Emma (Boiselle) Clark, born on February 29, 1932 in Killingly, CT. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Gingras, they were married September 20, 1952, he died in 2006. She worked for Wm. Prym for seven years, also working at Electric Motor for 5 years and Fishers Big Wheel. She was a communicant of St. James Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Marlene played in the Orchestra for eight years, playing the piano. She leaves her children Keith H. Gingras of Danielson, Colleen J. Ducat and her husband Timothy of Thompson, grandchildren Patrick Ducat and his wife Caitlin of Griswold, Jeremy and Eythan Ducat both of Thompson, two great grandchildren Cole and Zoe, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three siblings Donald Clark, Lawrence Clark and Dorothy Salemma. Funeral will be Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 9:00 AM from Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at St. James Church, 12 Franklin St, Danielson, CT. Burial in Westfield Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Connecticut Anxiety and Depression Treatment Center, Round Hill Square, 1031 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT 06032.
