Obituary of Irene Cusson Trembly

Plainfield-Irene Cusson Trembly, 96, of Plainfield, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Colonial Health & Rehab in Plainfield. Wife of Norman Trembly, they were married June 24, 1939 at Sacred Heart Church in Wauregan, he died October 8, 1998. Born August 15, 1919 in Danielson, daughter of Joseph and Emma (Poirier) Cusson. She retired from Uncas on the Thames Hospital in Norwich in 1981. She was a member of Plainfield Senior Citizens, Daughters of Isabella Immaculate Conception Circle #733. She is survived by her son Wayne Trembly of Mansfield Center, her granddaughter Sara Thrasher and her husband Cristofer of Scio, OR. She was predeceased by her son Bruce Trembly in 1959, three brothers and five sisters. Calling Hour Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds St., Danielson with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church, Wauregan.
