When I was 8 years old, my mother introduced me to the man who would later become my stepfather, Andrew Klare, and his family. I don't remember a time when Barbara wasn't "Gramma Klare". She embraced me immediately as a granddaughter and part of her family. As an adult, laughter and chatter came easy between us. Gramma Klare, thank you for help on school reports, piano time, travel treasures, additions to Halloween costumes, and your bottomless love.
