Obituary of Rose Marie Williams

Rose Marie Williams, 68, of Conrad Park Dayville passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Regency Heights in Danielson. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Williams who passed away in 2003. Rose was born January 7, 1944 in Putnam, daughter of the late Thomas and Anita (Bourdia) O'Brien. Rose enjoyed doing word searches and loved to send birthday, anniversary and special cards to her family and she never forgot about when they should be sent. She would always decorate for the holidays and really loved doing so. She also loved the time she spent with her dear friend Alice and her family. Rose was a member of the High Pointe Church in Thompson. She leaves a son Kevin O'Brien and his girlfriend Tina Lefebvre of Dayville, A daughter Lisa Girard and her husband Roland of Brooklyn. Her brothers; Thomas O'Brien, Jr. and his wife Sybil of Canterbury, Robert O'Brien and his wife Cindy of Putnam and Michael O'Brien and his wife Edith of East Haddam. Her grandchildren; Ashley Lynn O'Brien, Gabriel Gideon and Joseph Michael. She was predeceased by her sisters Maryann Roy and Shirley Violette. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6 to 8PM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home 33 Reynolds Street Danielson, CT. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 11:00AM at the High Pointe Church 1208 Thompson Road Thompson, CT. Burial will be at The High Street Cemetery in Dayville at the families Convenience.
