Obituary of Sarah Bonner

Sarah Bonner, 95, of Railroad Street, Putnam, CT, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 at the Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam after a short illness. Wife of the late William Bonner, he died in 1977. She was born September 27, 1917, in Providence, RI, daughter of the late John and Marion (Buffum) Hargraves.

Sarah had made her home in Putnam most of her life, she was a caring and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and cleaning, and spending time with her family, her family always came first.

She leaves her children: Frances Fredette of Killingly; Richard Lavalle of Pascoag, RI; Charles Lavalle of PA; Mary Sevigny of Brooklyn; William Bonner of Ballouville; Robert Bonner of ME; Karen Ballou of CT; Russell Bonner of Ballouville; two sisters and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her children Gloria, Robert, Kathy; Bruce and Patricia.
