Obituary of Celia Szela

Celia M. Szela, 89, of Farrows Street, Putnam, CT died November 21, 2012 at home. She was born November 16, 1923 in Putnam, CT, daughter of the late John and Maria (Krous) Szela. Celia worked for over thirty years at American Optical and several years at Linemaster Switch. She had made her home in Putnam all of her life, was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in North Grosvenordale. She leaves several nieces and nephews, she was predeceased by her siblings: Mary Minutelli, Sophie Defilippo; Stanley Szela, Mike Szela, Joe Szela. Funeral services will be private, with burial in St Mary Cemetery, Putnam.
