Obituary of Vivian M. Moulin
Vivian M. Moulin, 89, of Woodstock, died peacefully Monday, December 31, 2012 at the Matulaitis Nursing Home, Putnam, CT. She was the beloved wife of Roland Moulin, they were married September 7, 1942 in St. James Church, Danielson. She was born March 6, 1923 in Danielson, CT, daughter of the late Almadie and Mary Albina (White) Malboeuf.
She had made her home in Woodstock most of her life, a communicant of Most Holy Trinity Church in Pomfret, a member of the St. Monica's Guild and Woodstock Senior Citizens. Vivian was a student at Killingly High School. She was a wonderful stay-at-home mom and then worked at Woodstock Line Company, Annhurst College and Data General in Woodstock.
She is survived by her children: Roland Louis Moulin and his wife Anne-Marie of Putnam; Vivian Rose Moulin Morse and her husband Wayne of East Longmeadow, MA; Nanette Marie Polito and her husband Joseph of Hebron, KY; grandchildren: Pamela Moulin Holden and husband John; Roland Charles Moulin and wife Angela; Melissa Morse Walsh and husband Greg; Ashley Morse Kelleher and husband Josh; Christopher Polito; Alexandra Polito; her beloved great grandchildren: Barrett and Reid Holden; Kayla and Luke Moulin; Jack and Cole Walsh; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Eugene Malboeuf; Doris LaVallee; Aldore Malboeuf; Lillian Shinkiewicz; Robert Malboeuf; Amadie Malboeuf and Donald Malboeuf.
Family and friends are invited to greet her family Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Most Holy Trinity Church, 568 Pomfret Street, Pomfret, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Most Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph Cemetery, Dayville, CT. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to Most Holy Trinity Church, PO Box 235, Pomfret, CT 06258.
