For 36 years we lived across the street from Ruth and she was the best neighbor we could ask for. She was kind, considerate and helpful in every way possible while still respecting our privacy.We were very lucky to have her in our lives. It is going to be lonely on Oak Hill Drive without her.

Charlie, Jimmy, Bobby and rest of the Perry and Cousins families, I was so sad to hear of Ruth's passing. I loved vising the Massachusetts Cousins family when I was younger. I remember Ruth always was happy and smiling, like in the photo. You couldn't help but feel happy too. May the memories of her life well-lived and loved bring you comfort and peace amid the sadness of loss. Sending love to you all. Mary Lynn Cousins

Charlie and family, I’m glad I got to know Ruth through Jeannette Jimmo. Ruth was a very kind, understanding person. Ruth will be greatly missed. Deepest sympathy. RIP Rose Ogden
