Obituary of Leo J. Rutka, Jr.

Leo J. Rutka, Jr., 57, of Church Street, Putnam, died unexpectedly Friday at his home. He was born February 26, 1951 in Chicago, Ill, son of the late Leo and Mary (Zuhowski) Rutka, Sr. Leo was a professional Chef, and had worked for several years for many of Chicago's upscale restaurants. He has made his home in Putnam for the last ten years, moving from Chicago. He operated the Woodstock Fares Restaurant in Woodstock for two years. He enjoyed fishing. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the US Army. He leaves his daughter: Marci Noga of Tinley Park, Ill ; his brother: James Rutka of Cary, Ill, his former wife: Joan Rutka.
