Allison (Smith) Haley posted a condolence
I was a friend of Joyce as we were growing up. Dr. and Mrs. Robinson did some wonderful, fun things for Joyce and her friends. One of several memories I have is of a sleep-over when Mrs. Robinson prepared a delicious breakfast the next morning. The farmhouse they lived in at the time was beautiful - no doubt due to Mrs. Robinson's creativity. I remember scouting activities, a hay ride (with hot chocolate waiting for us) and watching old Laurel and Hardy movies with Dr. Robinson's father. My thoughts are with Joyce, and the rest of the family.

I worked with Marjorie at Jacobs Rubber and it was a memorable time in my life. She was so capable and such a lady early in her years. She introduced me to Tole painting at that time and I am not surprised to learn that she became so gifted in that and many other crafts.
My sincere sympathy to Robbie and all of her wonderful family

My sincerest sympathies are offered to the Robinson family. With Mrs. Robinson's passing Killingly has lost one of its finest citizens. She handled her station in life with grace as she treated everyone with dignity. Joyce, when we were girls, your Mom was one of my favorites because it was important to her that everyone was comfortable and had fun. Dr. Robinson, I was particularly touched to watch your steadfast love and care for your wife in these last few years. What a splendid example you've set for the community! (from Eleanor Woodmancy's Granddaughter)

Dave Doiron posted a condolence
I was a patient of Robbie's for years, and my memories of Marjorie's family are pretty much through my office visits with him. But I do remember Marjorie's wedding day. My cousin,Janice Wippert, was the flower girl, and her family lived across the street from the Dysons. Aunt Vi called us to come to her place to see Janice and Marjorie. Marjorie - and Jan - were so beautiful to my 10 year-old eyes.
On behalf of the Doirons I'd like to express our deepest sympathies and prayers to Robbie and the rest of her family.
